Welcome Summer

Summer is finally here and we will be spending more time outside. But don’t forget as much as love the Sun gives us in form of precious Vitamin D and other nutrients, we also need to protect against the harmful rays that cause skin cancer.

How to protect yourself?

Get into the habit of wearing sunscreen (not just during the summer), wear protective clothing that will prevent sunburn and also protect you against mosquitoes, and stay in the shade during the most harmful times of the day (between 10 am and 4 pm). Celebrities love wearing stylish hats and sunglasses to protect themselves from the Sun, so why not you too?
